- KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED
Increase the water intake. Water is the most important element that contributes to keeping you healthy, active and beautiful. Irrespective of the fact that whether you are a homemaker or a working woman, keep yourself hydrated. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day. Carry your own water bottle at work if need be. You can also drink fresh fruit juices, they provide fiber and keeps you hydrated for a long time.
- SAY NO TO PROCESSED FOODS
Processed food and drinks like cookies, chocolates, cakes, sugary snacks, fizzy drinks, etc. should be avoided at all costs. They affect your health at a great level without even you realizing it. Instead, try making such things at home with much more healthier substitutes.
Following these tips will surely make you feel healthier and look beautiful. You’ll feel fresher and active. Just add a workout of 45 minutes thrice a week and you’ll be able to maintain a good figure as well.
