No contract will exist between the customer and girlossip.com for the sale of any product unless and until girlossip.com accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your order.
Any additional charges related to an exchange order will be charged to your original payment method as per T&Cs.
To avoid any conflict, any contract will be deemed to have been concluded in India. In addition, the contract will be interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws in India. You, as the customer, and girlossip.com, must agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
We will refund the delivery charge if you notify us that you wish to cancel your order, within 14 days of the confirmation of your order. You can intimate us through the registered telephone, email or a written request. Your entire order, including the packaging, will need to be returned to us.
