7. WATCH OUT FOR SIGNS OF BREAST CANCER
Breast cancer can be detected early if we know the early signs and symptoms of it. Check yourself. Some of the signs are lumps on and around the breast, rashes on nipples, changes in skin texture, etc. If you find any of the signs then immediately consult the doctor and get yourself examined. Don’t ignore any of these signs.
